Bill Collier was born in Danbury, Connecticut on May 7, 1953. He was admitted to the New York and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of New York bar in 1979. Mr. Collier attended Hamilton College (B.A., 1975) and the Albany Law School of Union University (J.D., 1978). Mr. Collier was an Assistant District Attorney, Ulster County, from 1979 through 1984, Village of Ellenville (NY) Attorney from 1983 through 1985, an Assistant Public Defender, Ulster County, NY since 1986, and Town of Wawarsing (NY) Attorney since 2002. Mr. Collier is a member of the Ulster County Bar Association (President, 1990-1991), the New York State Bar Association; the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
